Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Depending on your shipping selection, your order can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. If you need your order in a hurry, just let us know! Rush orders are available at an additional cost. Shipping time depends on the method of shipping that you choose.

Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled immediately, there is no cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled after work has begun, but before printing, there is a $10 cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled after printing, only shipping charges can be refunded. If an order is shipped, there is no cancellation.

Return Policy
Personalized products can’t be returned for a refund. If an error is made on our behalf, we will promptly replace your order. If you make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK ALL NAMES AND DATES! Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can correct any errors. In the event that an order comes damaged, keep the original box and packaging, and notify us within 3 business days.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will charged on orders to residents of the state of California (8%) since CuteNews.com is located in the state of California. All other states are tax-exempt. We determine your residence based on your billing address and not your shipping address. The confirmation receipt will reflect any sales tax.
